Due to the immediate digital access nature of our resources, downloadable products are non-returnable and non-refundable once the files have been delivered or accessed. Unlike physical items, digital downloads cannot be returned once saved to your device.

  2. Unfulfilled / Undelivered Files: If technical server errors prevent delivery of your download link and our support team is unable to resolve access within 48 hours of your notification, a full refund will be granted.

  3. Incorrect File Attachment: If the file delivered does not match the product title or description purchased, we will immediately issue the correct file or offer a refund if preferred.

All CurooWell resources are protected under international copyright and intellectual property laws. Your purchase grants you a single-user limited license:

  • Household & Personal Use: You may print as many copies as needed for children within your immediate home or household.

  • Classroom & Therapy Use: Educators, school counselors, and child therapists may print and use materials with students or clients in their direct classroom or small practice setting.

  • Strictly Prohibited: You may not share, email, redistribute, re-sell, upload to shared Google Drives / Dropbox folders, or claim ownership of any digital files produced by CurooWell.
