Where is my digital download link?

Download links are generated immediately on your checkout screen and sent via email within 2 to 5 minutes of purchase. If you don't see the email, please check your Spam, Junk, or Promotions folders.

Do you ship physical products to my home?

No. CurooWell exclusively sells 100% digital downloadable resources (PDF guides, printable activity cards, and digital workbooks). No physical packages will be mailed.

What if my download link has expired or reached its limit?

If your download link expires or you lose access to your saved files, simply send an email to support@curoowell.com with your original order number or checkout email address, and we will issue fresh links to your inbox.

Can I print these resources for my classroom or therapy practice?

Yes! Our single-user license allows parents to print materials for their household, and educators, school counselors, or pediatric therapists to print copies for students or clients in their direct care.
